Do I need to register to buy online?
Yes. In order to assist in combating fraud, you have to register your details with a valid email address. Once you have activated your account, you will be able to purchase goods from this website.

I am outside the UK. Can I buy from you?
Yes. However, you cannot place your order via our website. You will need to contact us with the items that you would like to receive correct delivery information and pricing.

I am in the Channel Islands. Can I buy from you?
Yes. If you reside within the Channel Islands, you can buy goods from this website. However, due to limitations with this website, you will be charged VAT at standard UK rates. Delivery will also be calculated on each individual order. Please contact us prior to ordering.

Where can my goods be delivered to?
We have recently changed our system so that you can now add an alternative delivery address as apposed to just that of your credit/debit card. The delivery address must be within the UK mainland. For any international enquiries, please contact us to discuss.

How much does it cost me to have my goods delivered?
You will be given two options of how the goods will be dispatched to you.
Option 1
First class post charged at £3.50.
Delivery will take 1- 3 days and is not tracked.
Option 2
APC overnight charged at £6.50
Next day delivery if ordered before 2:30pm on a tracked service.

How will my goods be delivered?
As standard we use APC Overnight couriers. This means that if we have the item in stock, you will receive it the next day. We have found APC to be very reliable with their next day deliveries. Please see below for the cut off times:
For next day delivery (on all stock items), cut off = 2.30pm
If the item is small then we normally post it via royal mail to reduce your carriage cost. If you specify a courier delivery then, of course, this is not a problem.

When will I receive my goods?
Orders received before 2.30pm will be dispatched same day for next day delivery where the items are in stock. If we experience any delays in receiving stock we will keep you informed.

I don''t have a credit/debit card. Can I buy from you?
Yes. There are the further options that are open to you... You can also pay for goods by cheque. Your goods will be despatched once your cheque has been cleared. If your company has an account with motoGF, you can submit your order to be invoiced. You will have to contact us to have this facility approved. If you live locally to our premises in Dyce, Aberdeen, you can visit our Trade Shop.

When am I charged for my goods?
When you choose to pay by credit/debit card, your card is not debited until your goods are despatched by us.
