It's clear to see Beta''s passion for quality automotive tools and motorsports.
The Beta Tools brand is synonymous with high-quality tools and is ideally suited for the automotive aftermarket, offering a comprehensive range of professional grade mechanics / automotive tools - including innovative ratchets, air tools, iconic tool storage systems, garage equipment and a diverse range of tool assortments.
Beta's tools are backed with a lifetime warranty, and the product range will satisfy the needs of any serious automotive mechanic, professional workshop, and/or enthusiast's garage.
History

Italian Alessandro Ciceri began the Beta legacy in 1923 when he started a company that manufactured iron and steel casts. By 1939 they were registered to produce hand tools and soon became synonymous with quality materials and precise design – even stopping production of certain lines during world war 11 as the steel was not of the desired quality.
During the 60’s the brand was further developed and strengthened its reputation for quality, innovation and trademark orange colour.
To further test their tools in the toughest arenas, Beta started their own formula 1 team which won its fist race in 1975. Since then they have been consitstently involved in development through motorsport and have worked along side some of the best teams in the world.
Latterly, through investment in new technology and expansion further into Europe, Beta has remained at the top of their field whilst still honouring the values that were set out by Alessandro Ciceri. Infact the company is still owned and managed by the founding family.
Today Beta Utensili exports its products to over one hundred countries around the world.

Since 2000 Beta Utensili has doubled its product range, currently offering over 10,000 items.
In 2001 the company met a new challenge, introducing safety footwear into its catalogue. In the wake of this success, in 2004 Beta developed and launched the new clothing range, “Beta WORK”.
In 2006, after two years of intense work researching technological innovations and defining new design concepts, Beta introduced: a range of pliers – unprecedented in design and performance; BetaMax screwdrivers, the C26 NewTank, a remodelling of the historical C25 Tank trolley, the C40C and a range of safety shoes.
2011 sees another innovative step, with the introduction of the new Beta Grip range of screwdrivers.
Beta & Motorsports

There is simply no other hand tool company in the world that can claim an international racing heritage as strong as Beta Utensili.
Beta introduced the concept of sport sponsorship to the Italian market in the early 70s, and quickly associated itself with a Formula 1 team - in 1975, their intuition was rewarded with a famous victory by Vittorio Brambilla at the Austrian Grand Prix.
Beta and motorsports have since been inseperable and, the company continues to support / supply many teams in international motorsport competition.
Beta currently sponsor 3 motoGP teams including Jorge Lorenzo's 2010 World Championship winning Fiat Yamaha Team. Beta is also the Official Supplier and Technical Partner to several other motorcycle and car racing teams.
Sporting enthusiasm well matches the opportunity it gives for testing and developing Beta Tools in a field in which precision and reliability are of the utmost importance: Beta works and wins in motorcycling, motoring, boating, cycling.
