The Website
This website uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption on certain pagesto prevent hackers from viewing information passing between our servers and your browser e.g. contact information and order history. While on asecure page, such as our login section, the padlock icon appears besidethe URL (though it may appear in the status bar) which should now start "HTTPS" as opposed to "HTTP".
Payment Process
Online payments are performed through Protxwho are one of the most highly rated and accredited secure online payment services. By using an external payment site, we never hold orhave access to any of your card information.
As part of our checkout process wesend all the details of your order to Protx in an encrypted form - thisis in addition to the SSL encryption of the link. Protx do not storeany order or delivery information as stated here; this information is used to fill in key fields of the payment process(which you would have had to provide anyway) and to give customersconfidence that they are still paying for the correct goods even while on the external site. While on the Protx site, SSL is used to ensure the security of any information you exchange with them.
